Mirror it!

The state is only within!
The most important thing is to find a way through the barriers to that.
Like in the movie KungFu Panda, they called it ‘Inner Peace’

Master Shifu:…I have ever experienced. [he shudders at the thought.] But once I realized the problem was not you, but within me, I found inner peace and was able to harness the flow of the universe.

However strong and cheerful you are or not, there will be a time everyday/every week/ every month/ every year, when you feel low. I get that a lot. And finally I have found a way out of it. (Though it doesn’t work all the time, but what the hell, most of the times it does)

Find a mirror. Look at it, Stare at it. You will see a person in the mirror. De-attach yourself  from that person and start smiling.
The best part: the person in the mirror, guaranteed will smile back. Sometimes when you are in bad mood, the smile will be fake at first, but in few seconds it will be genuine. There it is! The inner peace. If you are lucky enough, you will end up laughing after sometime, everytime. Do give it a try. Keep doing it once in a while and you will feel the difference.

So lets start smiling away and MIRRORING IT. 🙂
Because peace is within, happiness is within!
